Back from an amazing one week stay at Familotel Amiamo. First thing to mention is the hospitality - nothing was ever too much trouble. [...] Our room was lovely and clean with a view of the mountains. The food was delicious, and this is high praise indeed as I am very much a 'foody'! The dinner vibe was very relaxed as the kids could go off and play with the toy kitchen whilst the grown ups ate in peace. [...] Overall we've had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend to families with younger children.

"Great place for kids. They have anything you could need. Strollers, carriers, bikes for children and adults, as well as trailers and child seats. There are good pools for all ages. The buffet meals are great for the kids. [...] They have a lake house with all sorts of fun activities, as well as a mountain full of adventures and activities. With games rooms and a kids club we struggled to do all that there was to do. Have been twice already. Oh and for the adults there is also sauna and treatments."

The AreitXpress base station is next to the the hotel. Ten minutes up the cable car and you're on the Schmittenhöhe with the whole valley below you.
