A welcome drink when you arrive. Cool drinks from the juice bar all day. Crystal-clear water from the hotel’s own mountain spring. Coffee specialities, tea, warm milk, and hot chocolate. Help yourself whenever you like.

Every child receives their own water bottle on arrival. It's theirs to keep and take home.

Start the day your way: Fresh fruit, a generous cheese and charcuterie selection, yoghurts, and organic products. Sports Muesli, fluffy pancakes, freshly baked breads and pastries. Eggs prepared to order at our front-cooking station. Plus a choice of fresh juices and a juicer with seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Children aged 3 and up can choose: eat with new friends at the supervised children’s table in the Happy Club, or with you in the restaurant, whatever suits the moment. A dedicated children’s buffet offers child-friendly favourites at every meal. 
For babies and toddlers: organic Holle baby food, jarred meals, and milk porridge are available throughout the day.

Nobody stays hungry here. At lunchtime: fresh soups, crisp salads, and a changing selection of hot dishes. Between meals: fruit, snacks, and cake whenever you fancy it. And yes, ice cream is available all day, for every age. No questions asked.

The highlight of the day. A 5-course dinner menu with a choice of main course. Vegetarian options are of course always available. Your main course and dessert are served to the table; soups, salads, starters, and a cheese selection are at the buffet. Themed buffet evenings add variety throughout the week, so dinner never feels the same twice.

Three pools, three moods. The indoor pool has a slide for the kids and a panoramic lounge for relaxing together. The heated outdoor pool is open year-round since there’s nothing quite like floating in warm water while snowflakes drift down around you. And for the tiniest swimmers, a dedicated baby pool stays at a cosy 33–34°C with just 25cm of water.

A wellness space designed entirely for babies and their parents. A warm 34°C pool just 25cm deep, soft loungers with gentle infrared warmth, and a waterbed for dreamy post-swim naps. Because relaxation should start from day one.

Our newly designed sauna world offers three ways to unwind: a classic Swiss stone pine sauna for deep, dry heat; a gentle organic herbal sauna for a softer experience; and an infrared cabin for targeted warmth. Cool down on the fresh-air jetty or take a dip in the plunge pool. Then retreat to “amicalma” our adults-only panorama relaxation room with floor-to-ceiling mountain views and a soundtrack of nothing but calm. This is where the holiday really sinks in.

Keep your routine going on holiday. Our fitness room is equipped with a cardio bike, treadmill, cross trainer, and Technogym Kinesis™ for Pilates, strength, and functional training. Suitable for all fitness levels. Squeeze in a session while the kids are at the Happy Club.

A ten-minute drive brings you to our private beach, where children build sandcastles at the lake playground while you unwind with a view of the mountains. In the evening, the lakeside sauna becomes your private retreat for two. Free pedal boats, SUP boards, and children’s kayaks are all included. During the summer holidays, a snack service keeps everyone fuelled.

Your little ones are in the best hands while you finally enjoy some well-deserved time for yourselves. Whether you're carving fresh tracks on the slopes or soaking up the mountain sun: at amiamo, professional baby and toddler care is already included in your stay.

In Winter

Baby and Toddler Weeks 3 hours of loving baby and toddler care daily, Sunday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. That's 18 hours per week, included in your stay, so you can hit the slopes with a clear mind every single morning.

Baby and Toddler Weeks PREMIUM In January and during the Advent season, we go all in for skiing families: 8.5 hours of professional care daily, Sunday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and again from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. A full 51 hours of baby and toddler care per week, included. Ski all day, enjoy a peaceful dinner together in the evening. This is what a real family ski holiday feels like.

In Summer

Baby and Toddler Weeks 4 hours of daily baby and toddler care (under 3 years), Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. 20 hours per week, included, giving you the freedom to explore the mountains, recharge at the spa, or simply breathe.

Baby and Toddler Weeks PREMIUM 8 hours of daily baby and toddler care (under 3 years), Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. That's 40 hours per week, included. An entire day to reconnect as a couple, tackle a summit hike, or do absolutely nothing. Your choice.

Everything you’d pack at home already waiting for you here:

In your room: wooden cot or travel cot, changing mat, and nappy bin or potty. 

On request: bottle warmer, kettle, vaporiser, baby bathtub, nursing pillow, nursing chair, baby bathrobe, crawling blanket, and rocker.

We got the kids covered Summer & Winter

Sunday to Friday, 9am – 8pm (or 9pm): A full day of supervised activities: outdoor adventures, creative workshops, theatre, sports, and more. Our experienced team runs dedicated programmes for every age group, so your children are engaged, entertained, and making new friends from morning to evening.

Saturday, 9am – 5pm & 6:30 – 8pm: The Happy Club is open for free play with a carer on hand. A more relaxed day for families to spend time together or for kids to play at their own pace.

25 hours of dedicated teens programme for 11–15 year olds, and none of it is boring. Pool parties, mocktail mixing, Casino Night, and workshops designed for this age group keep things social. 
For the adventurous: white-water rafting, climbing sessions and SUP on the lake. Back at the hotel, the MultiMove zone has bouldering walls, MultiBall, billiards, table football, air hockey, and table tennis. Plus a gaming setup in the youth centre for downtime.

Every week brings a fresh programme of family events: live music evenings, family quiz nights, karaoke, children’s shows, and mini discos that have the kids (and often the parents) on the dance floor. The new MultiMove area is where all ages come together: challenge your teenager to air hockey, try the bouldering wall, or settle a family rivalry over table tennis.  

The programme shifts with the seasons: in winter, ski lessons and snow activities take centre stage. In summer and autumn, guided hikes and the Zell am See-Kaprun Card open up the region. With free admission to dozens of attractions and experiences.
